Digital Delivery
All Cool Covers gift vouchers are digital and will be emailed to the address associated with the payment. If you created an account during checkout, your voucher will also be available to download or retrieve from your Cool Covers account dashboard. -
Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After this period, any remaining balance will be forfeited. -
Usage
Vouchers may be used towards any product available at www.coolcovers.co.uk, including custom-made seat covers (available in the UK only, or by prior arrangement for international orders). -
Transferability
Vouchers are fully transferable and may be gifted or used by anyone in possession of the valid voucher code. The holder of the voucher is deemed the rightful user. -
Redemption
Vouchers can be redeemed at checkout on our website by entering the unique voucher number in the discount or voucher code box. Only one voucher may be used per transaction unless otherwise stated. -
Partial Use
If the total order value is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher until the expiry date and can be used for future purchases. -
Non-Exchangeable
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or used to purchase additional vouchers. -
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Cool Covers cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or deleted vouchers. Replacement will only be considered at the sole discretion of Cool Covers and may require proof of purchase. -
Cancellation and Refunds
Vouchers purchased online may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been redeemed. -
Fraud or Misuse
Cool Covers reserves the right to cancel any voucher suspected of being obtained fraudulently or misused in any way. -
Amendments
Cool Covers reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The terms in force at the time of voucher purchase will apply.
